Lirion Tech Private Limited operates as a technology platform. Lirion does not hold a RERA registration as a real estate agent or promoter. The regulatory framework for tokenized real-world assets is currently evolving in India. Lirion is actively monitoring applicable regulatory developments and intends to obtain all requisite registrations and approvals as the legal and regulatory framework matures.

Lirion shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, regulatory changes, internet or infrastructure outages, blockchain network failures, or other circumstances beyond Lirion's reasonable anticipation or control.

If any provision of these Terms or this Legal Notice is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The Parties agree to substitute a valid provision that most closely reflects the commercial intent of the severed provision.

Failure by Lirion to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by Lirion in writing. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude further exercise of such right or remedy or the exercise of any other right or remedy.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure Statement, Refund Policy, and any separate written agreement executed between the Parties, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lirion with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter.
