Lirion does not operate as a stockbroker, investment adviser, real estate agent, portfolio manager, or any regulated financial intermediary. Nothing on this Platform constitutes a binding offer, solicitation, or contractual commitment to provide financial or real estate services.

Use of this Platform is available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable law. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Users who are Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), foreign nationals, or residents outside India are solely responsible for ensuring their use of this Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.

All content on this Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, design systems, UI/UX components, smart contract documentation, brand assets, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Lirion Tech Private Limited or its licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on this Platform without prior written authorization from Lirion Tech Private Limited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lirion Tech Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use this Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall Lirion's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the amount, if any, paid by such user to Lirion in the preceding three months.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

The Parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating formal proceedings. Where amicable resolution is not possible within 30 days of written notice, either Party may initiate proceedings in the appropriate court of competent jurisdiction in Mumbai.
