Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all fees, subscription charges, platform access payments, and any other monetary transactions processed through the Lirion Tech Private Limited platform at www.lirion.xyz ("Platform").

Please read this Policy carefully before making any payment on the Platform. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Refund Policy.

Where Lirion charges fees for access to premium research, analytical tools, or platform features, the following terms apply:

Cooling-Off Period: If you are a first-time subscriber, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of your initial payment, provided you have not accessed or downloaded any premium content during this period.

No Refund After Access: Once premium content, reports, or features have been accessed or downloaded, no refund will be issued for that billing period, as the service has been substantially delivered.

Recurring Subscriptions: Monthly or annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

Transactions involving the acquisition or transfer of tokenized real-world asset instruments facilitated through or referenced on this Platform are governed by the specific terms of the smart contract or offering document associated with each instrument.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed on-chain. Lirion does not process refunds for completed on-chain transactions. Any disputes relating to tokenized asset purchases must be addressed in accordance with the terms of the relevant instrument documentation and applicable law.

Users are strongly advised to verify all transaction details before confirming any blockchain-based action.

If you believe you have been charged in error - including duplicate charges or charges for a product or service you did not purchase - please notify us immediately at hello@lirion.xyz with your transaction reference, date of charge, and a brief description of the issue.

We will investigate all such claims within 7 business days of receipt and, where an error is confirmed, process the appropriate refund or credit within 10–15 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.

In the event of a verified extended service outage (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) caused by Lirion's infrastructure failure, affected subscribers may be eligible for a pro-rated credit against their next billing period. This credit is the sole and exclusive remedy for service disruptions and does not entitle users to a cash refund.

Scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance shall not qualify as service disruptions for the purposes of this clause.

To request a refund, please email hello@lirion.xyz with the subject line "Refund Request" and include: your registered email address, the transaction ID or payment reference, the amount paid, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original payment method. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Lirion is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries.

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

- Completed blockchain or on-chain transactions - Downloaded or accessed research reports and premium documents - Subscription fees for billing periods already consumed - One-time event, webinar, or consultation fees once the event has occurred - Any fees paid pursuant to a separately executed commercial agreement with Lirion

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra. For queries, contact hello@lirion.xyz.
